A Timeless Building in a Trendy Neighborhood

When Varone Market was first built in 1912, Denver’s Lower Highlands neighborhood was predominantly filled with Italian immigrants. Today, dubbed as LoHi, it is a vibrant destination filled with popular restaurants, rooftop bars and craft breweries. Guests of weddings and attendees of corporate events will have countless choices of places to grab a bite or a drink and will be within walking distance to top Denver experiences, like the historic Bug Theatre, riverside parks, and Coors Field–which is just over a mile away.

Our Location & Area Map

We’re located on the corner of Quivas St. and West 33rd Ave., just around the block from the famous Avanti Food and Beverage Collective. We suggest that you utilize private shuttles or rideshare apps, as there are only five dedicated parking spaces on site, one of which is ADA accessible.
