The stately, brick Varone Market building—constructed by immigrant John Varone over 100 years ago to house his new Italian market in the Denver Highlands—has been preserved, revitalized, and repurposed as a premium Denver event venue and meeting space in what is now the popular LoHi neighborhood. The glass garage doors spill out onto a private patio for relaxing after a day of meetings.

The Carriage House
The adjacent, historic Carriage House sits on one end of the patio behind the main Varone Market Venue, giving you seamless access between buildings. It serves as an additional resource available for your corporate event or meeting in Denver.
The Carriage House can hold up to 33 people and may be used as a separate breakout space in conjunction with the primary Varone Market building, or can be rented independently for smaller meetings. For your convenience, The Carriage House has been equipped with the following modern amenities:
- 65″ Screen for Presentations or Entertainment
- Commercial Router with High-Speed Wi-Fi
- Premium Sound System
- A New ADA Bathroom
- Kitchenette
- Large Crystal Chandelier
Although there is no lingering scent of the horses that were stabled in The Carriage House over 100 years ago, the charm of our historic Denver venue continues to emanate from its original brick walls and vaulted ceiling. Break out of the boardroom and discover a new place to get back to business.
